Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Senior Developer to support NICE CXone-based contact center solutions, including IVR campaigns and API integrations. You will work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design, implement, and migrate dialer campaigns, ensuring SME input into design and optimization for network solutions.

You will collaborate on API development, data flows, and performance tuning, while aligning with business needs and technical requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience of Nice InContact CXone (ACD, IVR, Auto Dialer, OMNI Channel, WFM, Studio).
• 4+ years hands-on experience of NICE CXone Studio.
• Working knowledge of ProactiveXS and CXone Dialer Configurations.
• 4+ years of programming in C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• 5+ years developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting webservice API calls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate release planning, development, testing, and releases on multiple agencies IVR enhancements.
• Build call flow designs that interact with backend systems via APIs.
• Design and migrate IVR dialer campaigns to NICE CXone platform.
• Serve as SME and provide input into solution design and optimization for network solutions.
• Implement skills-based routing for voice, chat, email, and SMS contact center tech.
• Collaborate with Architecture to design, deploy, and consume APIs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design docs.
• Review tickets and guide other teams on IVR enhancements.
