Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Developer Engineer to design and implement NICE CXone solutions in Lincoln, NE. You will work on IVR and bot development, using Mpower Studio and CXone APIs to build integrations with CRM, WFM, and reporting systems.

The role focuses on migrating from Cisco UCCE/UCCX to NICE CXone, translating call flows, and delivering automated provisioning scripts. Collaboration with infrastructure and QA teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in contact center technologies with NICE CXone experience.
• Hands-on NICE CXone development using Studio, APIs and scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco UCCE/UCCX call flows and routing logic.
• Experience with REST APIs and data formats (JSON, XML).
• Design, develop and customize NICE CXone applications.
• Build integrations between CXone and enterprise systems.
• Support migration from Cisco platforms to NICE CXone.
• Translate Cisco call flows into CXone equivalents.
• Develop automation scripts for provisioning and configuration.
• Prepare technical docs, migration guides, and code repositories.

• Support the migration from Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX) to NICE CXone
• Translate Cisco call flows and routing scripts into NICE CXone equivalents.
• Work with NICE CXone APIs, RESTful services, and connectors for third-party systems.
• Develop automation scripts for provisioning and configuration.
• Work closely with infrastructure engineers, QA teams, and Cisco/NICE support.
