Responsibilities include improving deployment reliability, shortening CI feedback cycles, and building dashboards to detect flaky tests. Role supports AI coding agents and requires collaboration with platform teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building developer tooling or infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience improving CI/CD systems, diagnosing performance or reliability problems.
• Experience leading complex technical projects through design, implementation, and rollout.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain tooling for local and cloud development environments.
• Improve the speed and reliability of CI and deployment pipelines as codebases grow.
• Develop reusable workflows for creating services and libraries.
• Improve SDK and library publishing tools and release processes.
