Job summary

SentrySoftware is seeking a seasoned Solutions Engineer to help our largest customers embed our product into their applications and workflows. You will drive SDK integration, and ensure alerts and issues reach the right place at the right time, while translating customer needs into practical plans.

You will develop best practices, educational content, and demos, acting as a trusted advisor to enable instrumenting software engineering and monitoring best practices across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering and/or solutions engineering/implementation.
• Hands-on experience with languages and frameworks including JavaScript, Python, Node.js, Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, React, React Native, Mobile Native.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers embed the company into their applications and workflows, from SDK integration to alert routing.
• Ensure optimal implementation and utilization, driving time-to-value for customers.
• Develop best practices, educational content, and examples (scripts, demos, collateral).
• Act as trusted advisor and SME to assist with instrumentation and monitoring best practices.
• Provide workshop-level interactions to drive maturity and broader adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams to feed feedback into product roadmap.
