Job summary

Sentry is seeking a Solutions Engineer to help our largest customers embed Sentry into their applications and workflows, from integrating our SDK to ensuring alerts flow to the right place. You will translate customer goals into practical plans, develop best‑practice content, and act as a trusted advisor on monitoring and performance management.

You will collaborate across teams to unblock adoption, share feedback to product, and contribute to the AI-native roadmap that improves time to value

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across software and solutions engineering.
• Hands-on programming experience with modern languages and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' pain points and translate into implementation and onboarding plans.
• Develop best practices, educational content, and examples around error and performance management.
• Act as trusted advisor to help instrument software engineering and monitoring best practices.
• Provide workshop-level interaction to drive maturity and broader adoption.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align product roadmap with value delivery.
