Job summary

1Password is seeking an Education Engineer to shape our developer education strategy for a new era of learning. You will build code‑complete tutorials and AI‑friendly content, then educate developers through labs, talks and hands‑on workshops.

Collaborate across teams to ensure searchability and usability of content and surface real user needs. You will report to the Director of Developer Relations and work with customer success and PMM to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical roles including software or platform engineering or developer advocacy.
• 3+ years crafting educational content and experiences for developers.
• Exceptional skills at written and verbal communication across tutorials, videos and demos.

Responsibilities

• Build evergreen, code‑complete, hands‑on examples that teach developers how to use our products in technically relevant contexts.
• Educate users with low‑cognitive‑load, discoverable content aligned to real developer problems.
• Align opinionated best practices for using our developer tooling and publish them where the community can access them.
• Present reusable in‑person labs, conference talks and other content to sustain engagement.
• Curate content by developers and teams to address real world use cases with practical applications.
• Strategize using data to evaluate education formats and prioritize high‑impact activities.
