Job summary

1Password seeks a full‑stack or backend‑leaning Developer to join the Insights team, delivering data-driven reporting and actionable insights for admins, developers, and automations. You will work across data streaming, infrastructure, and core services to strengthen security posture and customer value.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional partners, write robust tests, and mentor juniors while contributing to scalable solutions. Frontend bonus in TypeScript/React is welcomed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development experience, with Go proficiency.
• Commitment to software development best practices and coding standards.
• Ability to tackle moderately complex problems and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration with non-technical partners.
• Passion for testing methodologies and debugging to ensure high-quality code.
• Nice to have frontend experience with TypeScript and React.
• Nice to have exposure to security or admin-focused products.

Responsibilities

• Code, test, debug, deliver and maintain production software for new and existing features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth releases.
• Communicate technical requirements to stakeholders and solve problems at scale.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in pair programming sessions.
• Participate in planning by breaking down tasks and estimating work.
• Write comprehensive tests across development stages.
• Review code to maintain high quality and share knowledge.
• Generate and review documentation to support scalability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in development.
• Be available for on-call rotations to ensure uninterrupted support.
