Job summary
1Password is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Developer & AI group to define and drive the roadmap for Developer Workflows within Unified Access Management. You will partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market leaders to shape how developers experience 1Password across critical workflows.
You will own roadmap definition, prioritization, and product strategy for the Developer Workflows group while contributing to cross‑company vision and execution for Developer Watchtower within our
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager with developer-facing products.
- Deep understanding of developers' tools and AI space.
- Experience defining roadmaps for complex, cross-functional initiatives in a B2B SaaS.
- Experience leading cross-company product vision across multiple teams.
- Strong written communication; PRDs, PRFAQs and structured artifacts.
- Experience with 18–24 month vision and near-term execution.
- Executive-level communication with customers' leadership.
- Ability to bring customer voice into decisions using data.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for the Developer Workflows group within Developer & AI.
- Partner with engineering leadership to define, sequence, and deliver key components.
- Contribute to cross-company strategy for developer tools and Developer Watchtower within EPM.
- Drive prioritization across your product area in a fast-growing team.
- Represent customer voice through discovery, PRDs, PRFAQs, and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with a junior PM to raise the bar on product craft and thinking.
- Establish and own success metrics with ARR impact at the core.
