Job summary

• 7+ years of experience in detection engineering, alert development, threat hunting, incident response, security operations engineering, or security-focused software engineering.
• Direct experience building, maintaining, and operating production detection-as-code pipelines.
• Proven automation experience improving detection accuracy, speed, or investigative quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on detection engineering translating threat intel into high-quality alerting.
• Develop and operate detection pipelines and automation across telemetry and external signals.
• Triage investigations, correlate signals, and support protective case investigations and responses.
• Mentor other engineers and participate in on-call rotations.
• Maintain detection repositories and use case libraries.
