Job summary

TTEC is hiring a Desktop Support Senior Technician on site in Charlotte, North Carolina. You will provide on-site support for call center operations, end users, desktop devices, peripherals, and production technologies.

You’ll be the primary technical resource for incident resolution, workstation support, endpoint compliance, asset management, and operational readiness within a high-volume contact center environment. The anticipated range is $62K-$65K per year.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of desktop support or help desk experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and related equipment.
Provide on-site and remote technical support while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Facilities, Network, Security, and Client Technology teams when issues impact production.
Monitor and maintain desktop compliance and endpoint health.
Troubleshoot workstation connectivity issues involving wired, wireless, VPN, and production network environments.
Receive, stage, deploy, recover, and track IT assets.
