Job summary

TTEC is hiring a Desktop Support Senior Technician to provide on-site technical support in Charlotte, NC. You will service call center operations, end users, desktop devices, peripherals, and production technologies, ensuring reliable performance.

You will diagnose and repair computers, coordinate with Facilities, Network, Security, and Client Technology teams, and maintain endpoint health in a fast-paced environment. Benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of desktop support, help desk, or technical support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for call center operations and end users.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace desktop and laptop computers and peripherals.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Network, Security, and Client Technology teams.
• Maintain desktop compliance and endpoint health.
• Troubleshoot workstation connectivity including VPN and production networks.
• Receive, stage, deploy, and track IT assets.
