Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced IT Workstation Administrator for a contract role based in El Segundo, CA. The candidate will image, configure and deploy Windows workstations using enterprise tools like SCCM/MDT, while supporting end-user devices and applications.

The role also covers Level 2 technical support, incident management, and collaboration with IT teams. Strong experience with Active Directory, Office 365 and ServiceNow is important; onsite availability is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years deploying and troubleshooting Windows-based workstations in a corporate setting.
• 5+ years supporting corporate client-side technologies including networks, VPNs and security tokens.
• Experience deploying images and updates with workstation management tools (SCCM, MDT, MDT, Autopilot, Intune).
• 5+ years supporting Windows 10/11; Windows Server experience a plus.
• 5+ years supporting MS Office and major applications; familiarity with AV and security tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform workstation imaging, configuration and deployment; setup using SCCM/MDT and related tools.
• Handle Level 2 support for workstations, devices, apps and network access; assist after-hours as needed.
• Manage permissions, passwords and incident tracking; document standards and processes.
