Warwick Investment Group is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Technician to maintain the workstation environment for staff, with priority for the Executive team. The role requires hands-on analysis, troubleshooting and strong communication skills to support end users in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include in-person and remote troubleshooting, testing hardware/software, and developing documentation. Some after-hours work may be required, and oil and gas IT exposure is a plus.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Oil and Gas IT experience a plus (industry context).

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on troubleshooting of technical issues of varying complexity.
• Provide in-person and remote support, including executive attention.
• Document issues and resolutions in the service management system.
• Deploy and test hardware/software in new deployments; assist with migrations.
• Create/update SOPs, job aids and FAQs.
