Job summary

StrideCare seeks a senior Desktop Engineer to be the go-to technical resource for end-user computing across our Texas clinic network. You will diagnose and fix complex Windows endpoint issues, manage Intune/EntraID, and support M365 workloads while ensuring HIPAA-compliant security and robust documentation.

This hands-on role requires independent problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 25% within Texas as clinics merge and expand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a desktop/endpoint engineering or senior help desk role supporting 200+ users across multiple sites.
• 5+ years supporting Windows 10/11 in a domain/Entra-joined environment including Microsoft 365 stack.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune, including policy creation, app deployment, compliance, Conditional Access, and Autopilot.
• Ability to write/modify PowerShell scripts for Entra, Exchange Online, and endpoints.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN concepts for endpoint triage.
• Experience with UCaaS or cloud phone platforms and remote support tooling.
• Experience supporting cloud-based EHR or clinical applications in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 2 escalation point for endpoints, identity, M365, and connectivity issues.
• Diagnose and resolve complex Windows endpoint problems including policy conflicts and device performance.
• Manage M365 workloads: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and license management.
• Configure and troubleshoot UCaaS users, queues, and call flows; coordinate site provisioning.
• Image, deploy, and decommission Windows endpoints using Intune and Autopilot.
• Document configurations, procedures, and known issues in internal knowledge bases.
• Support integration activities for newly acquired clinics including user provisioning and on-site cutover.
