Brook + Whittle is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Technician to deliver exceptional end‑user IT support remotely across locations and on‑site as a trusted technical resource.

The role requires hands‑on expertise with Windows and macOS, Office 365, Teams, printers, MFA, ERP systems, and Adobe Creative Suite, plus AD management and imaging capabilities. On‑site work five days a week with some remote flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full‑time IT support experience, multi‑site experience preferred.
• In‑person and remote support experience.
• On‑site 5 days per week with occasional remote flexibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent IT support to the organization both in‑person and remotely.
• Support a variety of technologies including Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), printers and MFA.
• Manage users in Active Directory and Office 365.
• Update drivers and firmware as part of troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify problem areas and develop solutions.
• Share knowledge and document solutions to IT problems.
• Support special projects and initiatives.
• Perform on‑site troubleshooting and escalations.
