Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of PC hardware, software, networking, and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software technical support for PCs remotely and deskside.
• Use IT admin tools to resolve issues efficiently.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and relocate desktops and laptops.
• Utilize ITSM systems to track issues per procedures.
• Escalate and follow up on complex problems with management.
