Job summary

Mythwright is seeking a Senior Designer to lead core systems for a Simulation game. This hands-on role focuses on building features from prototype through polished implementation in Unreal Engine, balancing creativity with scalable design.

You will collaborate with a small, multidisciplinary team to shape player experience, conduct playtesting, and iterate quickly, ensuring high-quality, replayable simulation experiences. This is a 12-month contract and remote-friendly across the UK & Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer on shipped games, preferably simulations.
• Strong collaboration with design, art, engineering and production.
• Hands-on with Unreal Engine for prototyping and iteration.
• Ability to own features from concept to release.
