Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer on shipped titles, owning gameplay, systems, or feature design from concept to release.
• Experience on Unreal Engine projects and collaboration with engineering, art, and production teams.
• Strong systems design, balancing gameplay, progression, usability, and engagement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; capable of documenting and articulating design decisions.
• Mentor designers and drive design quality throughout development.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver gameplay, systems, or features from concept through release.
• Collaborate with engineering, art, and production to implement design.
• Mentor designers and help maintain design quality across the project.
• Define and refine player experiences balancing realism, usability, and immersion.
