Side is seeking a Senior Designer to lead gameplay, systems, and player experiences for a next-generation VR flight simulation built in Unreal Engine 5. Join a multidisciplinary team shaping immersive environments and balancing realism with usability.

Based on a shipped-title track record, you will collaborate across engineering, art, and production, mentor designers, gather feedback, document decisions, and champion design quality from concept through release in a dynamic, global studio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer on shipped titles.
• Experience with Unreal Engine projects and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong systems design skills for balanced gameplay and player progression.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentorship and design quality drive throughout development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver engaging gameplay systems for an Unreal Engine 5 project.
