Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Designer in the Land Development Division to support our Data Center group.

The role involves preparing grading designs, roadways and utilities, and producing complete civil construction documents, while coordinating with internal disciplines and sub-consultants. You will review jurisdictional codes, estimate quantities, and ensure design quality through QA/QC processes, delivering projects on schedule and within budgets.

Qualifications

• 3 years of designer experience and 5+ years CAD drafting experience.
• Associate's Degree or HS diploma with relevant experience.
• Land Development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare grading designs, roadways and utilities.
• Prepare complete civil construction documents/improvement plan sets.
• Review jurisdictional code requirements and implement in the design.
• Coordinate with in-house disciplines and sub-consultant services.
• Maintain open communication with Project Manager and design team.
