Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience in consumer, DTC, or tech brands.
• Strong portfolio across brand, digital, social, and e-commerce.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience editing short-form video and UGC content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own design projects from brief to final execution within cross-functional teams.
• Create high-converting visuals for paid social, email, and e-commerce touchpoints.
• Develop and evolve Happy Head's visual identity and design systems.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, photographers, and product teams.
• Build modular creative systems to speed testing and scale campaigns.
