The ideal candidate excels in typography, visual storytelling, and digital best practices, delivering conversion-focused creative for beauty/CPG brands and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Senior digital designer with strong typography, brand storytelling, and digital best practices.
• Experience creating conversion-focused assets for beauty/CPG or consumer brands.
• Ability to execute multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Design PDP assets, product imagery, feature graphics, infographics, and supporting visuals.
• Develop BTF content communicating benefits, usage, and brand storytelling.
• Create and update storefront assets for Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other platforms.
• Adapt creative to retailer guidelines and maintain consistency across listings.
• Design paid media assets for Meta, Google, TikTok, and display campaigns.
• Produce static and motion-ready concepts to support awareness and conversion.
• Collaborate with Marketing/eCommerce to translate briefs into visuals.
• Prepare production-ready files for handoff and implementation.
• Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
