High Scale in DTLA is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to turn consumer insights, performance data, and breakthrough ideas into campaigns that drive measurable business growth.

You’ll own creative strategy and testing frameworks across DTC, eCommerce, fashion, beauty, and wellness brands, partnering with Copywriters, Producers, Editors, and Performance Teams to deliver persuasive, high-performing campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Performance Marketing, Direct Response Advertising, or a related field.
• Proven track record developing and scaling advertising campaigns for DTC, eCommerce, or consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing strategies and measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of performance-driven creative strategies for multiple brands across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid social platforms.
• Translate business objectives and insights into comprehensive creative strategies and messaging.
• Develop structured creative testing roadmaps and optimization plans to maximize ROAS and engagement.
• Collaborate with Copywriters, Producers, Directors, Editors, and Account Strategists to ensure concepts are executed effectively.
• Mentor junior strategists and establish best practices for creative strategy within the team.
