Job summary

Micron Technology in the United States is seeking an experienced Verification Engineer to lead digital and mixed-signal verification efforts for high-performance memory products. You will develop comprehensive verification plans, build UVM environments, and drive coverage-driven verification across large-scale ASIC/SoC/memory designs.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with global design teams, and apply AI-assisted verification workflows to improve regression efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of digital and/or mixed-signal verification experience with silicon product delivery.
• Strong CMOS circuit design fundamentals.
• Expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, SVA, and coverage-driven verification.
• Experience debugging large-scale ASIC/SoC/memory verification.
• Excellent analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted verification flow.

Responsibilities

• Verify IP, subsystem, full-chip, and system-level designs to ensure correctness and quality.
• Develop verification plans from architecture and specifications.
• Create and maintain UVM testbenches and regression infrastructures.
• Define coverage-driven verification strategies.
• Lead debug and root-cause analysis and ensure verification closure.
• Apply advanced verification methodologies and AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with global design/engineering teams to ensure project success.
• Lead verification efforts for major HBM development programs and mentor engineers.
