Job summary

Micron Technology in Richardson, Texas, is seeking a Staff Verification Architect to lead verification strategy for next-generation HBM DRAM products. You will design and implement verification plans across IP-level and SoC-level verification, collaborating with Design Engineering, Product Engineering, and external customer teams.

You will mentor engineers, drive co-verification with customers, and explore GenAI-enabled methods to improve verification schedules, quality, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of verification engineering experience, including digital/Verilog and analog/mixed-signal verification.
• Experience in custom design verification or RTL design verification flows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality verification plans and architecture collateral across IP-level and SoC-level verification.
• Drive co-verification through direct customer interactions and mentor early-career engineers.
• Develop verification methodology improvements and GenAI applications aligned with HBM design cycles.
• Debug pre-silicon and post-silicon issues in current HBM products, leveraging AI to accelerate analysis and issue resolution.
