Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a senior verification engineer to lead verification efforts for HBM and DRAM designs.

You will verify IP and full-chip level functions, develop coverage-driven plans, and drive regression automation across global teams. The role requires 10+ years in digital/mixed-signal verification, strong CMOS fundamentals, and expertise in SystemVerilog/UVM, SVA, and AI-assisted verification methods.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital and/or mixed-signal verification with a track record of successful silicon products.
• Strong understanding of CMOS circuit design fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Verify IP, subsystem, full-chip, and system-level designs to ensure functional correctness, performance, power efficiency, and quality.
• Develop verification plans from architecture and specifications with design teams.
• Create and maintain verification environments, UVM testbenches, and regression frameworks.
• Lead debugging and root-cause analysis for complex issues and drive bug resolution.
• Apply advanced verification methodologies and AI-assisted verification workflows.
