Job summary

Micron Technology, a world leader in memory and storage solutions, seeks a Senior Verification Engineer in Mexico to join our Build Engineering team. You will design and verify high-density memory products using SystemVerilog/UVM, develop verification environments, and drive automation to ensure quality and performance across DRAM and emerging memory technologies.

You will collaborate with global teams, debug complex issues, and contribute to cutting-edge silicon verification workflows,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in electrical/electronics/computer engineering or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor fundamentals and digital build.
• Experience with SystemVerilog/UVM verification methods and tooling.
• Familiarity with simulation tools such as Xcelium, Verilog, SpectreFX.

Responsibilities

• Develop and complete verification plans, testcases, regressions, and coverage strategies for complex memory builds.
• Build and improve verification environments using SystemVerilog, UVM, and industry-standard verification methodologies.
• Debug build and verification issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive resolution of defects.
• Develop scripting and automation solutions to improve verification efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Collaborate with global teams to define verification strategies and ensure successful product development.
