Micron Technology in Richardson, TX is seeking a senior verification engineer to lead verification across HBM and DRAM designs. You will develop verification plans, build robust UVM environments, and drive coverage-driven verification to ensure functional correctness and performance.

You will collaborate with global design and architecture teams, mentor engineers, and push AI-assisted verification workflows to improve automation and regression efficiency.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of formal verification experience in digital/mixed-signal design.
• Strong knowledge of CMOS fundamentals and verification methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Verify IP, subsystem, full-chip, and system-level HBM and DRAM designs for correctness, performance, and power.
• Develop verification plans from specs in collaboration with architecture and design teams.
• Create and maintain UVM testbenches, environments, test suites, and regression infrastructure.
• Define coverage-driven verification to achieve functional, coverage, and assertion goals.
• Lead debug and root-cause analysis for complex design issues; drive bug resolution.
• Apply advanced verification methodologies using standard simulation tools.
• Drive improvements in verification methodologies, automation, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Lead verification efforts for major HBM programs and mentor engineers.
