Multiplayer is a global design studio focused on building digital products that enable people to perform at their best. We seek a Senior Design Technology Lead to unite our growing tech practice, bridging design and engineering and guiding a team of technologists and web developers.

You will shape frontend architecture, drive prototype explorations, promote design system quality, and collaborate with our Bulgarian sister company to align standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in design technology, creative development, or related fields with leadership experience.
• Portfolio or work samples accessible for review.
• Minimum 3-hour overlap with Toronto EDT timezone.

Responsibilities

• Shape how the team works and evolve tools and processes to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Coach direct reports on goal setting and growth with empathy and encouragement.
