• Innovates scalable design-to-code frameworks aligning engineering and design.
• Champions strategic discussions with design engineering leaders to address complex UI challenges.
• Leads collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Design to advance GitHub’s technical capabilities and UX.
• Directs development of organizational strategies for UI and experience advancements.
