You’ll source, engage, and assess world‑class design talent through diverse channels, while managing the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to onboarding. Build pipelines for immediate and long‑term hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for design roles (Product Design and Brand Design) in fast-growth settings.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with AI tools, recruiting platforms and creative talent networks.
• Ability to assess design portfolios and understand craft, systems thinking and user-centered methods.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven mindset: interprets recruiting metrics and drives process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and outreach for design roles across platforms and communities.
• Recruit across Product Design, Brand/Visual Design and Design Leadership.
• Screen and evaluate portfolios; assess craft, systems thinking and collaboration.
• Coordinate interview processes and portfolio reviews with a high-quality candidate experience.
• Keep stakeholders updated on pipeline health and progress.
