Job summary

Ensora Health seeks a Senior Product Designer to guide and scale its design system across web and mobile. You will partner with engineering to ensure parity between design and code, drive accessibility, and support product initiatives with strong design craft and research.

You will mentor designers, conduct user research, and advocate for inclusive, scalable design practices that align with business goals and product strategy.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product or UX design, including 3+ years leading design systems used by multiple product teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience managing and evolving an effective design system, with components, patterns, tokens, documentation, and governance.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail and quality.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) and accessible design practices.
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences.
• Experience partnering with product managers and cross‑functional teams in iterative product cycles.
• Advanced Figma skills for components, prototyping, and token management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile experiences.
• Own and improve components, patterns, tokens, documentation, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with engineering to plan, design, test, and release design system updates.
• Maintain parity between designed and coded sources across responsive experiences.
• Incorporate accessibility from the outset and advocate WCAG/ADA practices.
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing with product partners.
• Mentor other designers and raise design craft across the team.
• Communicate updates, drive adoption, and support design system governance.
