Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Senior Design Systems Engineer II to shape and scale the visual and interaction foundations of Blink’s digital ecosystem. You’ll partner with Product Design, Software Engineering, and cross-functional teams to evolve a shared frontend design system that drives consistent, high-quality experiences across Blink Health’s products.

Qualifications

7+ years of front-end or UI engineering experience.
Experience with enterprise-scale software.
Contributions to a frontend design system at scale.
Experience integrating UI components into a complex ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Build and evolve standardized UI components with high quality, performance, accessibility, and design fidelity.
Conduct code reviews and ensure pixel-perfect execution with design teams.
Publish and maintain components in a centralized design system library.
Integrate design system components into existing products transitioning to shared UI.
Collaborate with engineering teams, mentoring on best practices for design systems.
Prototype live concepts to validate new UI patterns before full-scale development.
