Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Senior Design Systems Engineer II to shape and scale the visual and interaction foundations of Blink’s digital ecosystem. You’ll partner with Product Design, Software Engineering, and cross-functional teams to evolve the shared frontend design system that drives consistent, high-quality experiences across all our products.

This is a hands-on role that combines strong technical execution with a deep attention to design detail and end-user experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in front-end or UI engineering.
• Experience with enterprise-scale or complex professional software.
• Contributed to a frontend design system at scale.
• Experience integrating UI components into a complex ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve standardized UI components delivering high quality, performance, accessibility, and design fidelity.
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution by conducting code reviews and design validation.
• Maintain the design system library by publishing and documenting components for scalable adoption.
• Integrate design system components into existing products transitioning to shared UI infrastructure.
• Partner with engineering teams to promote best practices for using and extending the design system.
• Prototype and test new patterns and UI paradigms before full-scale development.
