Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional front‑end or UI engineering experience.
• Experience on enterprise‑scale or complex professional software.
• Contributions to a frontend design system at scale.
• Experience integrating UI components into a complex ecosystem.
• Comfort with rapid prototyping and experimentation.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare/fintech) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve standardized UI components with high quality, performance, accessibility and fidelity.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure pixel‑perfect design implementation.
• Publish, document and maintain components in a centralized design system library.
• Integrate design system components into existing products transitioning to shared UI infra.
• Mentor other engineering teams and promote best practices for the design system.
• Create live prototypes and proofs of concept to test new patterns and workflows.
