Job summary

Blink Health LLC is seeking a Senior Design Systems Engineer II to shape and scale the visual and interaction foundations of Blink’s digital ecosystem. You’ll partner with Product Design, Software Engineering, and cross-functional teams to evolve the shared frontend design system that drives consistent, high-quality experiences across all our products.

This is a hands-on role that combines strong technical execution with a deep attention to design detail and end-user experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of front-end or UI engineering experience.
• Experience building at enterprise scale and contributing to a design system.
• Ability to integrate UI components into a complex ecosystem.
• Proficiency with modern design tools and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve standardized UI components with quality and accessibility in mind.
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution through code and design reviews.
• Maintain and publish the design system library for scalable adoption.
• Integrate design system components into existing products.
• Mentor other teams on design system usage and best practices.
• Prototype new patterns and validate UI ideas before development.
