Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Senior Design Systems Engineer II to shape and scale the visual and interaction foundations of Blink’s digital ecosystem. You’ll partner with Product Design, Software Engineering, and cross‑functional teams to evolve the shared frontend design system that drives consistent, high‑quality experiences across all our products.

This is a hands‑on role that combines strong technical execution with a deep attention to design detail and end‑user experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional front-end/UI engineering experience.
• Experience on enterprise-scale or complex software.
• Contributions to a frontend design system at scale.
• Experience integrating UI components into a complex ecosystem.
• Comfort with rapid prototyping and experimentation.
• Healthcare, fintech, or regulated domains experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve standardized UI components with high fidelity.
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution and design consistency.
• Maintain the design system library and documentation.
• Integrate components into existing products and shared UI infra.
• Mentor other engineers and promote best practices.
• Prototype and test new patterns before full-scale development.
