Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in front-end or UI engineering.
• Experience building and scaling a design system at enterprise scale.
• Experience integrating UI components into a complex product ecosystem.
• Ability to prototype rapidly and iterate with design and product teams.
• Healthcare, fintech, or regulated-domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve standardized UI components with performance, accessibility, and design fidelity.
• Review code, validate design fit, and ensure pixel-perfect implementation with design team.
• Publish and maintain design system library across teams.
• Integrate design system components into existing products transitioning to shared UI infrastructure.
• Mentor other engineering teams on design system usage and extension.
• Create live prototypes to test new patterns and UX flows.
