Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Senior Design Systems Engineer II to shape and scale Blink’s design system across products. You’ll collaborate with Product Design, Software Engineering, and cross-functional teams to evolve a shared frontend system that ensures consistency and high quality experiences.

Qualifications

7+ years of professional experience in front-end or UI engineering.
Experience building and scaling a design system at enterprise scale.
Experience integrating UI components into a complex product ecosystem.
Ability to prototype rapidly and iterate with design and product teams.
Healthcare, fintech, or regulated-domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and evolve standardized UI components with performance, accessibility, and design fidelity.
Review code, validate design fit, and ensure pixel-perfect implementation with design team.
Publish and maintain design system library across teams.
Integrate design system components into existing products transitioning to shared UI infrastructure.
Mentor other engineering teams on design system usage and extension.
Create live prototypes to test new patterns and UX flows.
