Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape its design systems across web and mobile products, ensuring consistent and accessible experiences for therapists and clients. You will lead evolution of the design system, its components, tokens, and governance while collaborating closely with engineering to maintain parity between design and code.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product or UX design, including 3+ years leading design systems used by multiple product teams.
• Proven experience managing and evolving an effective design system, including components, patterns, tokens, documentation, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile experiences.
• Partner with engineering to plan, design, review, test, quality‑assure, and release design system updates.
• Maintain parity between designed and coded components across responsive experiences.
• Build accessibility into components and patterns from the beginning.
• Advocate for WCAG and ADA‑aligned practices and document accessibility expectations for designers and engineers.
