Eliassen Group is seeking a product designer to support digital initiatives across responsive web and native mobile. The role focuses on account creation services, eCommerce experiences, internal data tools, and annual iOS and Android OS updates and feature enhancements.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver accessible, high-quality user experiences in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• UX/UI design experience for responsive web and mobile apps.
• Experience with accessibility and design systems.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly.

Responsabilités

• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product strategy and tactics.
• Shape look, feel, and interactions across products and communicate the vision.
• Propose and drive new design ideas across the portfolio.
• Champion user needs across patients, caregivers, providers, and internal tool users.
• Contribute to a constructive design culture and welcome feedback.
• Design responsive web applications and native iOS/Android experiences with accessibility in mind.
• Collaborate in Agile product environments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Deliver on deadlines while maintaining craft and quality.
