Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile experiences.
• Own and continuously improve components, patterns, tokens, documentation, accessibility standards, and governance practices.
• Partner with engineering to plan, design, review, test, quality-assure, and release design system updates.
• Maintain parity between designed and coded sources across responsive experiences.
• Build accessibility into components and patterns from the start, advocating for WCAG and ADA aligned practices.
• Keep design system documentation current, including usage guidance, responsive behaviors, specifications, and implementation considerations.
• Support the system’s AI readiness through tokens, guidance, and documentation.
• Lead design system meetings and rituals (office hours, demonstrations, critiques).
• Communicate updates, gather feedback, and drive adoption while identifying emerging system needs.
• Prioritize backlog items with product owner and engineering, translating needs into actionable work.
• Serve as UX counterpart to TheraNest product managers through iterative product cycles.
• Design user-centered solutions aligned with business goals and success metrics.
• Produce design artifacts (concepts, wireframes, flows, mockups, prototypes, specs).
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing, then synthesize findings to guide decisions.
