Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Design Project Manager to lead semiconductor and electronics projects, interfacing between project teams and clients. The role emphasizes collaboration, budget and schedule stewardship, and ensuring high-quality deliverables for critical facilities.

The position involves relocation to Israel or long-term project assignment, with NA candidates willing to travel to Israel on as-needed basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or 4 additional years of work experience in lieu of a degree.
• 15–20 years of experience in managing projects related to industrial and/or commercial facilities.
• Experience as a project/design manager on advanced technology, semiconductor, electronics, life sciences or data center projects.
• Financial acumen, design execution & client management experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing the business–customer relationship.
• Planning and overseeing the program implementation within budget and requirements.
• Managing financial and schedule requirements for the program.
• Staffing and managing resources to meet program requirements.
• Ensuring subcontractors’ performance meets contractual and quality standards.
• Maintaining liaison with customer to prioritize tasks and resolve issues.
• Coordinating estimates, proposals, BOEs, and contract actions with stakeholders.
• Providing status reports to stakeholders and ensuring deliverables meet contractual requirements.
• Briefing senior management on status metrics.
• Endorsing and implementing company policies and procedures.
• Conducting performance appraisals and counseling if supervising.
