Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of design program management experience.
• Experience understanding needs of business and end customers and translating them into right solutions.
• Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering continuous business improvements.

• Own the operational strategy for complex design programs end to end.
• Partner with UX leadership on key decisions and own the design roadmap.
• Manage programs from concept to delivery and handle escalations.
• Define the operational tool and AI strategy for the org.
• Build automated workflows that scale design and research operations.
• Lead design delivery by managing backlogs and coordinating reviews.
• Drive design change strategies and measure adoption.
• Standardize and improve the design process and tooling infrastructure.
• Act as a bridge between UX, Engineering, PM and cross-functional partners.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations and balance customer needs with business goals.
• Define success metrics and tie them to business outcomes for leadership.
• Enable creative solutions through design acumen and high judgment.
