Job summary

the company is seeking a Senior Design Program Manager to drive operational excellence and program execution across the Design organization. You will build AI-enabled workflows, manage critical vendor relationships, and create scalable systems that translate design strategy into shipped experiences.

You will report to the Director of Technical Program Management and collaborate with Design, Product, Marketing, Engineering and other partners to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in program management and design operations within design or product organizations.
• Strong product sense and design craft sensibility with methods for driving programs.
• Experience with all stages of the product development lifecycle, launching products end-to-end.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with design system and engineering teams.
• Proven track record driving complex, cross-functional programs from 0 to 1 and scaling operations.
• AI fluency: experience using AI tools to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Programmatic Execution: Drive end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-quarter design initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• AI Enablement: Build and deploy AI-enabled workflows that automate program management tasks.
• Operations & Vendor Management: Own vendor relationships and contract management for design tooling; negotiate contracts and manage licensing.
• Systems & Tooling: Build operational metrics and tooling integrations across platforms.
• Design Systems & Cross-Functional Partnership: Align programs with IDS and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal and Ops.
• Design Craft Integration: Apply design thinking to program design and enable scalable, craft-focused outcomes.
