You will navigate hardware and software constraints, integrating AI-native workflows that change how design production works while upholding ethical AI practices and engineering feasibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in production, program management, or operational leadership within product design or related field.
• Experience shipping consumer hardware/software products.
• Track record managing cross-functional productions end-to-end through full development lifecycles.
• Familiarity with hardware/software integration and engineering collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and software production across Meta's Reality Labs device portfolio.
• Co-author production strategy with project leads and assemble sprint teams.
• Navigate hardware/software constraints and build AI-native workflows to improve production.
