The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of commercial design and construction experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or engineering, and strong proficiency with BIM, Bluebeam, Excel, and related processes.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of commercial design and construction experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or engineering preferred.
• Understanding of traditional and alternative delivery methods.
• Proficiency with BIM, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of design services and budgets.
• Administer designer agreements, review invoices, and negotiate changes.
• Ensure design packages meet bid requirements and project schedules.
• Collaborate with builder and designer to minimize RFIs and change orders.
• Lead design deliverables to meet contract obligations and milestones.
