HNTB Corporation is seeking a DB Design Manager (Highway/Managed Lanes) to lead teams on mega-design projects. This officer-level role requires extensive experience collaborating with contractors and delivering design work on nationally significant projects.

Based in an HNTB office nationwide with travel to project offices, you will drive cost, schedule, and quality performance, mentor staff, and guide pursuits from proposal through construction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 12 years of relevant experience.
• PE certification in multiple states (including CA).
• DBIA certification is preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and nurtures client relationships; primary contact on projects.
• Manages financial performance: cash, budget, schedule, scope.
• Staff projects according to the project Work Plan with needed resources.
• Collaborates with leadership to solve challenges and meet objectives.
• Mentors team; may oversee Project Manager(s) and staffing; supports reviews.
• Leads pursuits of mega projects and prepares proposals.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Master’s degree

Professional Engineer (PE) certification in multiple states

DBIA certification

Project Management Professional (PMP)
