Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to join our North America Design team. You will lead end-to-end design delivery for major data center developments, coordinating architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and security systems across multidisciplinary teams.

With 10+ years in data center projects, you will drive risk management, value engineering, and alignment with safety and sustainability goals while mentoring Design Managers to raise regional standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data center or mission-critical projects.
• Knowledge of critical facility systems, codes, and standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Define design delivery strategy for major facilities from concept to handover.
• Coordinate external consultants and internal teams across disciplines.
• Oversee risk, cost, and value engineering during design.
• Mentor Design Managers and elevate regional practices.
