You will bridge vision and execution, mentoring designers and partnering with Engineering and Product Management to deliver high-impact user experiences.

You bring 8–10 years of UX design with 2–4 years of people management, a track record in consumer apps, and strong storytelling to executives.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in product/UX design with leadership experience.
• Experience leading design for high-traffic consumer digital products.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in HCI or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead consumer touchpoints across web and mobile apps.
• Align with senior leadership and governance.
