Job summary

Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company (PacSci EMC) in Hollister, CA is seeking a Design Engineer to support sustainment engineering milestones, including failure analyses and simulations, in collaboration with site leadership and engineering teams.

You will actively participate in design reviews, manage documentation within the Configuration Management System, and contribute to project management while ensuring regulatory compliance and data-driven reporting across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical design engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, SolidWorks, data analysis tools and related software.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete sustainment engineering milestones including failure analysis and simulations.
• Actively participate in Group Design Reviews.
• Manage program documentation within the Configuration Management System.
• Participate in project management activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Perform data reporting and analysis across projects.
